The beginning...

‘Fueling Endurance Performance’ is a book in progress. At first, I just started experimenting in the kitchen so I can provide athletes with recipes that will allow them to follow the nutrition guidelines I have given them. That’s when I realized that there is a gap... There is a clear gap between sports nutrition research, practice and the athletes’ plate. There is an abundance of great, healthy cookbooks available and there are many sports nutrition books available also. There are even a few cookbooks geared towards runners, etc... But there are few books that combine BOTH.

This book is one of the world’s first practical sports nutrition cookbook. It takes those two kinds of books and combines them into one, with a simple goal in mind: To provide healthy recipes, along side practical & easy to follow sports nutrition guidelines, based on the latest research and practice.
